Returns & Refunds
Each piece at AshLouise Creative is printed to order, just for you.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged parcel and the damaged print(s)

Once we receive your photos and order details, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.


Damages and Issues
We take every care to ensure your art arrives safely.
If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days with photos as described above so we can organize a replacement.


Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color choice
  • Late deliveries due to postal delays

Custom or personalized items, digital downloads, and gift cards are also non-refundable.


European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day "cooling-off" period for cancellations. Please note: this cooling-off right does not apply to made-to-order products once printing has commenced.
