Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship physical prints within Australia - but our digital downloads are available worldwide.

Q: When will I receive my order?
This depends if you’ve purchased a physical or digital print:

  • Digital products are instant and available for download immediately after purchase.
  • Each printed product is created just for you and is made to order. Please allow 48 hours for production, plus 4–10 business days for delivery. We’ll send tracking details as soon as it ships!

Q: Can I return a print?
No. Because our prints are made-to-order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if there's any issue with quality please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q: Oh no, my print arrived damaged!
If your print somehow arrives damaged
please send a photo of the outside of the parcel, a photo of the damaged print and include your order number in an email to hello@ashlouisecreative.com. We'll get a new print sent to you asap.

Q: How is your artwork printed?
My work is printed in Australia through a professional fine-art print studio. I draw/paint/ create and scan - then I send it to the pro's to print, as they use professional-grade equipment to guarantee consistent quality and durability.

Q. Is your artwork created using AI?
No. All artworks are created entirely by me by hand, either traditionally or digitally.
I don’t use AI-generated imagery in my creative process. This also includes any poetry or written elements that accompany my prints.

Q: How do I choose the best paper and size for my space?

Ilford Cotton Rag (310gsm):

  • Museum-grade, textured, and archival
  • Ideal for a luxe, gallery-quality finish
  • Best for collectors, gifting, or statement pieces

Wall Art Paper (250gsm):

  • Smooth, matte, and vibrant
  • Great for DIY framing and budget-friendly options
  • Lovely in minimalist or modern spaces

📏 Size Guide

A4 – Perfect for shelves, desks, and small corners
A3 – A versatile mid-size for gallery walls or gifting
A2 – A bold, statement size for living rooms, bedrooms, or studios

💡 If you're unsure, start with A3. It's that just right middle size for most spaces.
